Sharon’s In Progress SANE Story – 3 inches Down and Feeling Energized UPDATED

The “tipping point” that compelled me to take action in my life was when my husband announced, “I am about to listen to this half-day webinar and I want you to hear it with me.” Since then, I have lost 3” off my waist and hips, my clothes are fitting better, and I no longer have “brain fog.” Also, I now have the energy to do the things that I want to do.

SANE is different from anything else that I have tried in that I am seeing results faster than I ever have.

The number one piece of advice that I would give someone who is just starting out on their SANE journey would be to plan ahead with regard to meal preparation. ~Sharon S.

Update 9/20/2019

Before joining SANE, I had no energy and it was very easy to eat the things that tasted good but weren’t good for you.  My husband researched the program and we decided that it was time for us to make a change.

I then began taking steps to take back control of my life and my health by reading the lessons and courses in the program.  I printed out many of the available recipes and I removed inSANE products from my house.

My biggest successes since joining SANE are that I now have more energy and mental clarity. Also,  I continue to lose inches and reduce my clothes sizes. The coaches have helped contribute to my success; they were great at helping me navigate through the website and they were very helpful in answering questions and providing community support.

A tip for SANE success that I would offer someone is to continue to try the different recipes in the program until you find the ones you really like. For me, a typical SANE day includes a cooked SANE meal for breakfast and dinner and SANE smoothies for lunch.

If I could talk to myself 3 or 4 years before I began my SANE journey, I would say, “Get ready to experience more energy, more clarity and realize it will be worth it!”

The main new thing about my life since joining SANE is that I can go to other places where they serve food that I don’t normally eat, and no longer become tempted.
