I’ve been yo-yo dieting for years and got to the point of being tired of living with that cycle. Upon being tired of that cycle, I decided to do something different to break it by joining SANE.
Since joining SANE, I now have more energy and need less sleep. Also, I am actually eating more food without thinking so much about it. Specifically, I’m eating more greens!
SANE is different from anything else that I have tried in the past in that I’m now eating as much as I’d like, until I’m full. Also, I enjoy the coaching support and the educational resources provide information that seems more realistic than what I’ve seen in the past.
The number one piece of advice that I would offer someone who is just starting out on their SANE journey is to read the courses and lessons because they do make sense. ~ Elaine K.
