I have always struggled with my weight, so there really wasn’t a tipping point.
Since being SANE, I am loving eating way more vegetables and doing more food prep in advance.
What I like about SANE is that it is more of a lifestyle change. I can go out socially and not have to take my own food.
I’m not counting calories, which doesn’t work long term.
If there was one thing I could tell someone just starting their SANE journey, is be patient with yourself. It’s a journey, not a race, and both you and SANE are here for the long run!
