I have tried every diet but eventually gained all the weight back. I have always been healthy and active, but I could not stop gaining weight unless I drastically decreased my food intake.
After starting a nutrition health coaching program, I decided I wanted to get healthy once and for all, and I joined SANE. I now have so much energy, I don’t have to worry about overeating and I am never hungry.
What makes SANE different from other programs I have tried is that I don’t have to count calories, I don’t have to worry about eating too much and I don’t have to kill myself with a ridiculous exercise regimen.
My favorite SANE meal is lean chicken or fish on a bed of greens with a side of sauteed veggies. For dessert, the “chocolate chunk bars” in Jonathon’s dessert cookbook are to die for.
The best tip I can offer to others is not to be afraid to eat healthy fats; they will help you feel full. And my one piece of advice to someone who has just started their SANE journey is this: trust the plan, it works!
