Lavanya’s SANE Story: From Excess Weight and Knee

I realized that I needed to make a change when my excess weight started causing knee pain. Since I started SANE, I feel stronger.  Also, my hair and skin are healthier.

SANE is different from anything else that I have tried in that I can eat as much as I want.  I find it easy to stay motivated and my goals are achievable.

The number one piece of advice I would give someone just starting on their SANE journey is to start slow, and one change at a time and then incorporate it fully. Focus on eating the right foods and exercising, and everything else will fall into place.
