My tipping point for making changes in my life came after I started not feeling well and realizing I had gained too much weight.
I have already lost 20 pounds and I am eating properly and getting the best nutrition for my body. I have realized eating nutritional foods every few hours and getting a better night’s sleep is helping me. I like having a variety of foods to eat, being able to make smarter snack choices, and the benefits of being consistent.
The best advice I can give to someone just starting their SANE journey would be to trust the system; have patience as this takes time and use the support that’s offered.
