I realized that I needed to make a change in my life 20 years ago when my weight reached 300lbs. I tried many other programs until I finally found SANE. Since then, I have lost weight and a couple of belt sizes. I also have more energy and fewer cravings.
SANE is different from anything else that I have tried in that I enjoy many vegetables, take more time to prepare my food, and I keep records of what I am doing.
The number one piece of advice that I would give someone who is just starting out on their SANE journey is to make a commitment to avoid processed sugars.
