I decided that I wanted to feel better, be healthy and lose weight because I was experiencing health issues and not feeling well from my weight gain.

Since discovering SANE, I am feeling better and have more energy overall. I stopped needing my acid reflux medication and have gone down two clothing sizes. People have been asking, “What are you doing to make these changes?”

SANE is different from anything else that I have tried in the past in that instead of “cutting things out,” I eat more healthy foods. I have found replacements for unhealthy things that I used to eat and I actually like some vegetables that I previously wouldn’t eat. Also, my food cravings have stopped.

My husband needed to reduce his weight and his blood sugar values. I also needed to lose weight as I quit smoking two years ago. I began walking and made a few adjustments to my diet to avoid the weight gain. I did lose about ten pounds but regained despite my efforts.
